RC Calvía International is organising a special charity event called the Galatzo Challenge.
The event has two parts – first the walk itself (there is also a special route for mountain bikes). There is a short walk for the less energetic and a longer (10km), more challenging route for those of a more active nature.
The second part of the event is in Capdella village about a kilometre away, where there is a free BBQ with entertainment for all taking part.

Jorge Pardo and Toni Cuenca present a symphonic format with the Municipal Music Band of Alcúdia and Toni Cuenca Trio, along with Jorge Pardo. They will present some outstanding compositions of jazz with flamenco roots, and classical jazz.
J. Pardo's ability to fuse flamenco with jazz has taken him to the most important venues with the most sought-after musicians of the current jazz scene. Chick Corea, Jean Luc Vallet, Camarón de la Isla or Paco de Lucía are some of the geniuses with whom this great musician has collaborated. With this concert, the BMMA celebrates the 30th anniversary of its foundation.

Pere Bujosa is a young Mallorcan musician (Palma, 1992). While living in Barcelona, he studied Modern Music and Jazz at the Liceu Conservatory. There he was the student of some of the most credible local musicians, such as H. Fumero, D. Mengual, Marc Miralta, Gary Willis and Llibert Fortuny, and he attended master classes of artists such as Richard Bona, Chucho Valdés and Kenny Barron.
He currently resides in Amsterdam and leads the Pere Bujosa Group, with whom he has just released the Who's Holland album. His music is based on contemporary jazz with Funk, Rock, Free Jazz or Psychodelia added in. He is also inspired by alternative rock groups such as Radiohead or Nirvana.
